(Thank you!) Sampled draft @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. Dark brown going to black, tanned head. Nose is weird red fruit herbal, jammy roasted malt. Taste is bark herbal syrupy, red fruit, interesting profile, syrupy herbal bark, sweet roast,… Syrupy dark fruit, herbal beer. Very interesting BIPA, interesting profile & tasty stuff. Nice.

Draft at Billie's Craft Beer Fest '17. Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and dark malts. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Robe brune, dense, mousse beige, crémeuse, abondante et persistante. Nez puissant et complexe sur le chocolat au lait, le café, évolue vers le houblon frais, touche de levure et une coté agrumes confit. Bouche à l'attaque acidulée, fine bulle tendue, rétro à la fois houblonnée et torréfiée, longue et complexe avec une finale très raffraîchissante. Une belle bière complexe et équilibrée.

330ml bottle. Almost black colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and grassy-spicy, fruity, resinous hoppy aroma, notes of dark chocolate, grapefruit, orange, green onion. Taste is fruity and slightly resinous hoppy as well as roasty, chocolately dark malty, notes of dark chocolate, flavoured dark chocolate, orange, mandarine, orange zest, a grassy-spicy hoppy touch of green onion; parallel oily and watery texture.

Pours cloudy dark brown liquid, medium frothy tan head, Aroma: heavy hoppy, pine, grapefruit, roasty coffee, herbal, Taste: medium sweet, heavy bitter, light to medium sour, very hopy, herbal, pine, grapefruit, coffee, Palate: medium body, soft carbonation, thick mouthfeel, long harsh bitter roasty aftertaste, Overall: very good, bit too harsh and too roasty for me, but otherwise, very good. Enjoyed.

At a tasting, thanks, small stable bubbly head, cloudy dark brown color, aroma of pencil sharpnings, roasted notes, dark bread and onion in the back, strong empatjic bitterness, charcoal and onion, some chocolate. Nice and drinkable.

Black with thick creamy head. Aroma is very piney and resinous. The flavour is similar but with added roasted dark malt bitterness. Very flavoursome.

Bottle sample at a tasting, thanks Stas. Reddish brown color. Caramel, roast, stale hops, a bit soapy. Chocolate, nuts, caramel, some earthy hops, medium sweetness with bitter finish, alcohol is a bit disturbing. Medium bodied, sticky on palate.
