"Porter style Ale. Chocolate and beer! Are we Mad? Wed rather say passionate. We marry the soothing flavour of this complex malt barley grist with a hint of dark chocolate. This is a beer for your more self-indulgent moments. Great for lazy afternoons or long evenings, it is best served chilled with your feet up, watching the sun go down. Like we say chilled."
"A silky-smooth suppertime beer, created using dark malts and chocolate. Pronounced vanilla notes fuse the chocolate and malts together to give a rich, warming, flavour that also works well as a complement to fruity desserts, summer puddings and autumn berries."

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2016 330ml bottle. Reddish tinged dark brown colour with a creamy beige foam head leaving alittle lacing. Rich chocolatey & vanilla nose. Taste is malty, toffee, powdered dark chocolate, vanilla, some coffee and with earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter chocolate finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle @home, The I cant believe they voted for Trump tasting (Nov 8th). Pours black with a biggish tan head. Nose is chocolate, big milk chocolate, slight coca-cola. Taste is more of the same with a bigger chocolete kick if that was possible than the nose. Drank this many times before ratebeer.com, i liked it then and i like it now.

Bottle in Whetherspoons last night. Pours very dark brown with minimal tan head. Aroma is quite interesting, chocolate (obviously), coffee, slight roasty notes and a slight hoppiness. Medium to strong sweet taste, quite smooth and noticable chocolatey flavour. A decent beer but not the best of the style

Heel donker/Amberrood.. net nog licht doorlatend, crmekleurige schuimkraag...snel weg, iets koolzuur zichtbaar. Aroma: Veel Chocolade, donker geroosterde mouten, vanille, mokka. Verry nice!

Bottle 2 Snifter @ White House, Luton
Kolor - ciemnobrązowy, w pełni klarowny trunek z wspaniałymi rubinowymi refleksami. Piana beżowa, niewielka, drobnoziarenkowa. Znaczki na Snifterze umiarkowane, koronka wąziutka do końca pozostacje na szkle. W aromacie bomba czekoladowa zmieszana z nutami ciemnych owocw (ciemne winogrona, śliwki). Po chwili dochodzi do nosa nuta kawy Mocca. Z daleka delikatny karmel i ciemne słody. W smaku gigantycznie czekoladowe z nutami kawy z mlekiem, Mocca z czekoladą. Goryczka średnia, ciało pełne, tekstura gęsta i oleista. Bardzo kompleksowe, intensywnie czekoladowo-kawowe. Klasa!
