Cask Pint at White Horse, Parsons Green, London in Aug 2009 - Cloudy/Murky Orange-Brown in colour. Yeasty. Spicy; coriander and clove. Fruity; bitter citrus orange, banana. Malty; caramel. Wheaty; in fact, I thought it was a hefeweizen. Bitter-sweet fruity spicy throughout. Very refreshing. Very drinkable. Liked it! (2009-08)

On tap somewhere. Cloudy orange - brown beer. Crisp palate. Pleasantly fruity sharp start. Orange and a little peach. hen dry and lightly spiced malt that ultimately turns a little creamy. Finishes with a carbonated bite and a lot of minerals. Refreshing, crisp and tasty.
A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin white head. A rather herbaceous malt aroma, with musty Italian herbs. In mouth, a rather off taste, bland and dead, light lactic points, lighter bodied offering. BB 26-08-10, tasted Nov. 11 at l’Autre Oeil, with Sammy, Radek and Probstk. App.: Cloudy dirty golden with a white rim.
Aroma: Slightly sour, slightly floral, some toasted cereals,a touch of brightness, some hints of esters, austere.
Palate: Medium-ish body, sparse but prickly effervescence.
Flav.: Some bitter herbs, tangy, a bit of honey, cereals, a touch floral and spicy, a bit flat; dry with a little bitterness and a somewhat watery finish with some slightly fruity cereals.
May have turned to Low Saison.
Bottle at L’Autre Oeilin Aylmer. Very yellow body with a bubbly head. Musty aroma. Hard to get, this came via an Australian distributor. Sweet-spicey. Difficult to drink, particularly unusual for a saison. Think it had it, a few weeks past expirey.Average mouthfeel. Eructoblaster (4181) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 7, 2010
Bottle - 500ml. Hazy golden body with a thin white foamy head. Fair malty/hoppy aroma with herbal and flowery hints. Taste is thin for a Saison. It is slightly dominated by maltiness and carries some subtle coriander and cumin notes. Ends with a decent bitter/herbal finish. Not bad, but not a great Saison. mkel07 (5846) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUN 13, 2010
500ml bottle 926 of 1320. Cloudy but bright amber with a plump pillow of loose white foam. Spices that come through in big aromatic bursts that lead you into sweet and mildly bitter flavours that are pleasant without being overwhelming. Refreshing. hawthorne00 (3904) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - MAY 23, 2010
Bottle. Very hazy orange, fluffy cream head. Very high bead. First whiff is full of curacao, but quickly this seems to meld into a more typical citrus/ light yeast dough/ spice aroma - although the curocao is very noticeable as a being like a lower register orange. Soft creamy mouthfeel - very hefe-like. Taste is rather sweet and the spice and sour notes whilst there are very modest and come across as flavourings rather than part of the character of the beer (although there’s some cloves in the taste that aren’t an addition). bluevegie (3073) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAR 9, 2010
Slightly murky orange straw body with short lasting head. Slightly sweet fruity aroma along with some wheat notes, taste is similar to the aroma, spices are there but fairly subdued to me, thin in body and dry on the finish.
