Meantime are Britain’s only brewers of authentic India Pale Ale. Small batch production allows us to apply the attention to detail and care we require to produce an authentic IPA especially for you. Pound upon pound of Fuggles & Goldings hops are needed to enable us to achieve the dry hopping rates necessary to recreate this great beer style. Enjoy with hot foods and spicy friends, or vice versa.

Bottle at home, 20/08/17. Clear rich golden with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose carries an Old Skool edge with caramel malts, biscuit, orange peel, grass, light spice. Taste comprises toasted grains, straw, light mineral notes, caramel, biscuit, orange pith, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Run of the mill Old Skool IPA but sippable I guess.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Danny boyo. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a foamy, pure white head. The aroma holds citrus peel, pale grains, hay. Lig sweet flavour with crackery pale malts, more grains, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with light dryness, more dirty hay, lemon peel. So so overall.

Earlier Rating: 6/1/2016 Total Score: 3.3

I got this flask in one monoprix in Paris. I tried this exemplar yesterday with my wife in Lausanne. I think that it is a classical IPA, nothing wow!!!! But it is drinkable. The taste is a bit watery, bitterness and notes of resine due to the hoo that they use for that, not so malty, final of sweetness. The body is a pleasant copper color for the eyes, normal carbonation.
