In the days before lager, Pale Ale was the original reassuringly expensive tipple. Drinking it set you apart from the Bitter crowd. Our Pale Ale is more than special. English Goldings, American Cascade & Cluster hops provide the bitterness, whilst our unique dry hopping technique with bucketfuls of Cascade & Willamette hops gives it a tantalising aroma.

TATE (407) - Lubec, Maine, USA - JAN 24, 2012
Draft at the Nocturnem Draft Haus. This is a bright yellow color and a bit cloudy with little head. Aroma is great with citrus from the hops. This is a pretty light beer but has character and the right level of hops. Overall a good pale ale.

jackl (8301) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - DEC 29, 2011
Bottle. The ale’s a light. slightly hazy golden color with a white head. The nose is slightly sweet, there’s a funky pea-like smell to this beer. Some grass, light malts. The taste is pretty easy, moderately sweet with a simple moderately bitter finish. The body is light/medium. The carbonation is medium. Overall, an OK pale, don’t cry if you miss out on a bottle.

Delightful aroma, hops and a slight sweet. Hoppy, hint of fruit. Citrus, definitely. Golden appearance. Very light and easy to drink

Solide. Die Bitternote ist dagegen recht gut präsent.Test vom 24.3.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche
