Available in 330ml bottles and on Keg.
In the days before lager, Pale Ale was the original reassuringly expensive tipple. Drinking it set you apart from the Bitter crowd. Our Pale Ale is more than special. English Goldings, American Cascade & Cluster hops provide the bitterness, whilst our unique dry hopping technique with bucketfuls of Cascade & Willamette hops gives it a tantalising aroma.

Draft at the Nocturnem Draft Haus. This is a bright yellow color and a bit cloudy with little head. Aroma is great with citrus from the hops. This is a pretty light beer but has character and the right level of hops. Overall a good pale ale.

Bottle. The ales a light. slightly hazy golden color with a white head. The nose is slightly sweet, theres a funky pea-like smell to this beer. Some grass, light malts. The taste is pretty easy, moderately sweet with a simple moderately bitter finish. The body is light/medium. The carbonation is medium. Overall, an OK pale, dont cry if you miss out on a bottle.

Solide. Die Bitternote ist dagegen recht gut prsent.Test vom 24.3.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche

The beer in the glass is red-orange-yellow with flat, long-lasting head. The smell shows lots of aromahops, with plenty of citrus. Starts very aroma hoppy and herb, with a slight lemon note. The middle part shows a very drinkable and mild hoppy flavor with a slightly herbal note, and and lots of citrus. The finishis a bit more herbal, again with delicious aroma hops.
