COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
First appeared as a draught special in March/April 2011.
This is not the same beer as the Marks & Spencer Greenwich Red Ale. They are similar recipes, but are not the same. They use completely different hops and malts.
Brewed with 5 hop varieties from the Yakima Valley, Washington State.

Color naranja, translúcido, con capa de espuma blanca de tres dedos de grosor (retención decente). Carbonatación media. Textura acuosa y algo chispeante. Aroma a pino, resina, caramelo. En boca buena pero básica mezcla de caramelo, pino, resina y toques frutales algo difusos. Amargor muy suave, casi inexistente. Pino en postgusto. Más Red IPA que Amber Ale.

2 x 330ml bottles left after a visit by Mal. Poured cold into a Lindeboom flute. Bright amber with an off white head fading to a skim. Honey/toffee aroma. malt loaf, toffee and Yakima hops flavour. Medium bodied thin, high carbo bitter finish. Not unpleasant, but dull.

Taste has a little bit more of that fizzy pop vibe. Tangy Tizer again. Lemon bitter bite.Very light mango. A bit jagged. Dry biscuit malt. Thin in body. Medium carbonation. Sharp finish. Lots of meh
