Keg at Cambridge Brew House, Cambridge. Amber/copper, clear. Caramel, forest fruit, autumn leaves on the nose. Tastes as good as it smells: a caramel/toffee sweetness that threatens to be cloying but isn’t. The sweetness pulls back to release the resinous bitter hops. Pine and resin on the long finish. Incredible stuff.

33 cl. bottle @ home, shared with Rick, bought @ Jumbo Tiel. Clear reddish amber with a thin off-white head. Caramel aroma with some citrus hops. Slightly sweet taste. rather thin bodied but no surprise given the low ABV. Still a nice session beer

Icedwarf (1627) - Etten-Leur, NETHERLANDS - MAR 16, 2015
Helder donker roodbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en fruitig, bessen en citrus. Komt wat waterig over, weing "body", smaak blijft waarschijnlijk daardoor ook niet zo lang hangen.

lobs_ols (452) - LATVIA - MAR 6, 2015
Clear fiery red, strong white head. Grassy US hop aroma - tropical fruit, caramel, pineapple. Very herbal flavour, some notes of caramel. Finishes lightly bitter. Rather nice.

Plovmand (8266) - Helsinge, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2015
On tap. Pours deep Amber with a medium off white head. Aroma is malty and fruity hoppy. Good bitterness. Caramel and hoppy flavor.

liquidbread86 (171) - Washington DC, USA - FEB 27, 2015
Reddish color. Sweet at first, flavors then melt into bitterness. Good with a salty snack.

Probably there was some issue with expiration date. More professional beer rater’s rates, as I went through them, prove that this is a good choice. Could’ve been more bitter. Likeable bottle design.
