Tap. Translucent yellowish-gold with a sudsy, wavy white head. A lemon and bread crust aromatic introduction includes some sweet pine and grassier formations. Mostly a lighter, bready sniff with substance. Clean and cool for the flavor portion, with a honey lemon poppy seed muffin motif sans half the sugar. Crisp pils muskiness is more of a slightly spiced and bitter background. Grassy, herbaceous qualities keel at the tongue’s sides. Cologne misted over oat flakes and a touch of experimental sourdough but forth by the Wonderbread brand. Light-to-medium bodied, finishing with perfumey remnants that hit at rye bread with rice hulls and oat flakes on top. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 21, 2012
It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, flower and grass. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw, flower, bread and grass, and the finish is rather dry. Really well balanced and refreshing. sdmmb (1858) - BELGIUM - AUG 18, 2014
Drunk from 33cl bottle in Uberlingen on Lake Constance. Enjoyable slightly sweetish but hoppy at same time pilsener.

Very pale gold, thick white head, champenoise bubbling. Nose yields grain, pale malt, grape-like smell, herbal. Dry taste, spicy(nutmeg?)-herbal-grassy flavours, Germans hops, discreet. Very dry mouthfeel, light bodied, champenoise carbonation, not much aftertaste. A really good Pilsener - in what is difficult to pinpoint, but it beats score of its competitors in an offhanded way. pivnizub (10768) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 19, 2007
Bottle: Pale golden, bigger, loose white head with a good lace, that slowly diminishes, sweet malt and herbal bittering hops in the nose, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF; distinctive sweet-malty and aromatic-bitter finish. Well crafted Pils, far better than the usual german fizz..........

(bottle) Almost clear, except for some tiny yeast-particles; pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Fresh herbal hops character with slightly sweet grainy malt in the background. Moderately bitter flavour with a rounded malty sweetness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation; malty finish with balanced herbal and slightly bitter hops. Pretty good (17.10.07). williametal (2) - - AUG 25, 2012 does not count
Non una pils straordinaria, ma che lascia un gradevole gusto al palato, in compagnia di wurstel alla griglia al Biergarten di Lindau. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 18, 2005
UPDATED: OCT 14, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Kinda weird pale and unclear color. And as it turns out, tiny little impurities are floating in the brew. Almost no head. Strong flavor from really good hops and it leaves a distinct -but not numbing- bitterness. Underlying malty sweetness. Very good pils. 270204 Quack-Duck (9490) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 29, 2007
bottle. Clear golden colour. Full-bodied and pleasantly hoppy Pils. Solid malty base.
