2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can bought in San Juan. Nose has faint herbal characteristics, grainy bread the slightest hint of dishwater. Palate is light, carbonating and refreshing. Flavor is watery biscuits/crackers. Refreshing and great for its context - hot sticky caribbean days - this beer succeeds it being what it aspires to be: what if we all could say the same?
If you want craft beer this island has some great stuff to - the Galleon IPA for example. But this is for everyday quaffing when the heat is oppressive.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle at Ponce Mall. Clear pale golden color, small white head. Grainy, sweetish malty aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty and a bit rubbery. Enjoy ice cold! Otherwise another tropical lager.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Had one if these on draft sitting in the airport in San Juan. It’s your basic light beer - light yellow, fiizzy, grainy (but not overly corn tasting). Went down fine. Ok for what it is.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft. Clear yellow gold. Aroma is sweet corn with some honey. The taste adds stale grains and tart lemon. Very harsh bite, with high prickly carb. Pretty awful

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Can (courtesy of Travlr). Sour corn and barley malt aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet corn and barley malt flavor. On the rough side - has more flavor than the typical Caribbean pale lager but that isn’t a good thing.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Can shared at the End of History tasting. It’s like they didn’t even try. Aroma of old corn and feint skunky hop. Pours light blond and fizzy. Taste is watered down corn, mineral, and slight iron. Tastes so much like water, I wanted to compare it to actual water.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
10oz can from John, pretty sure this can was left for me and not an oversight. If it was my bad for drinking it. Pourd a super clear bright gold with huge bubbles throughout and a quick fading bright white bubbly head. Aroma of rusty metal, copper, and some iodine. Big bubbly body, like drinking shaken up seltzer water. Flavor actually isnt that bad, notes of grains, dry grass and cream corn at first with just a hint of metal towards the end.
