COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Absolvinator ist ein kräftiges, malzaromatisches dunkles Starkbier, in der Tradition der Fastenbiere vor Ostern. Als einziges Bier, das den Namen einer Schülerverbindung (RAAV Absolvia Hof 1869) trägt, wird es eingebraut aus dunklen Spezialmalzen und nach dem klassischem Brauverfahren produziert. Vier Monate gereift, kommt es zu Beginn der Fastenzeit beim traditionellen Starkbieranstich zum Ausstoß.

Taste is minimally to moderately sweet dark malty, hints of hazelnuts, Brazil nut, some nougat; slightly sticky palate.
