bottle from Bierzwerg. How unusal for the German beer scene, a top-fermented beer with only 3.8% abv. Looks lovely in the glass, chestnut-golden colour with a dense and creamy white head. Hoppy aroma with a touch of citrus fruit. Light-bodied yet full of flavour: good and clean malty base with hints of dark malts and a touch of lemony hops. Very, very nice. kappldav123 (6100) - GERMANY - AUG 2, 2013
Thanks to Willems Urenkel for that beer. Interesting name for a beer. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, but not washy. Fine malty with spicy hints. A bit wheaty-earty. Well balanced mild finish, quite drinkable. Not bad! Beerhunter111 (20476) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAR 18, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, nussig, Karamell. Geschmack röstmalzig, leicht schokoladig, nussig, leicht würzig. MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - NOV 20, 2012
(bottle) Clear, amber to copper colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Cara-malty and herbal and slightly metallic hoppy notes with traces of citrus in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Mildly cara-malty base with traces of black tea, accompanied by herbal hops; slim but not watery herbal hoppy finish with delicately fruity notes in the aftertaste. Likeable, but not outstanding. Reminds of a light Altbier. 16.XI.12 Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - FEB 6, 2013
0.5 l bottle at Timo A’s. Copper color. Sweet bready, toffeish, nutty and caramelly aroma. Bready and toffeish taste with some fruity hoppiness. Medium body with some hop tannins. Drinkable beer for a daily consumption.

Hopfenwürziger, brotiger und etwas streng daherkommender Geruch. Süß-brotiger Start. Danach erneut brotig, floral. Abgang würzig auf moderater Ebene. Bittersüß abebbend. WillemsUrenkel (1874) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - JUL 20, 2013
0,5 l bottle. Dark gold, clear, very low carbonation, good looking white head. Starts flat roasted malty and very grainy. Continues a little bit lower. Okay for a low alcohol beer. Idiosynkrasie (7516) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 29, 2012
500ml bottle. Very clear reddish dark amber colour with average, firm, frothy, off-white head. Minimally grainy caramel malty aroma, hints of straw. Taste is monotonously minimally dry grainy, minimally sweet caramel malty, slightly watery, abrupt finish. pivnizub (10617) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JAN 11, 2013
Bottle(thanks to the Lake of Constance!): Amber coloured, stable creamy and lacy white head, toasty-fruity nose, some subdued hops detectable; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied as expected; delicate toasty-caramelly finish with a dryish-hoppy aftertaste. Not bad, worth a try… Grima (2394) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - APR 19, 2013
