Bottle at home. Has a very cloudy grainy colour with a very small off-white head. Fruity aromas of apple, lots of pale malt, hay, grains and sweet corn. Reminds me a bit of a pilsener. Light sweet flavours of hay, sweet corn, grains and some spices. Soft and slick mouthfeel, and light bitter. An interesting beer, but nothing very special. A decent fresh beer. wchesser (2076) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 2, 2012
UPDATED: JAN 20, 2013 Don’t know about all the biodynamic-ness of the beer as far as what that adds, but this is tasty. Very remininscent of a berlinerweisse with slightly cloudy straw coloring and persistent head. Very lemony citrus and highly refreshing...however, clocks in at $19/6er!
>>>Rerate...bumping this up. Bottle from same batch....bottle says best before 6/2012, but I think this has improved. Becoming a nice sour...funky lemon citrus nose that gets more horsey as it warms. Tart lemon flavors on wheaty base. Just amplified version of the one tried previously. solidfunk (8964) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - MAY 23, 2012
Alright. Campfire beer while fanning wood. Wish it was higher alcohol so it could help me light this fire. Bottle from Central Market in Burlington. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 21, 2012
My Bottom Line : tfredvik (1941) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 5, 2012
Chick peas and light sugars swirl around this brew’s subdued hop presence. This is either not fresh at all, or just poorly executed.
Further Personal Perceptions :
-A ring of foam surrounds the misty blond.
-Leafy hops are an afterthought.
-DMS in the nose is overwhelming.
-Drinkability is considerably reduced because of the foul aroma.
-Body could be drier.
Hazy, light yellow body with an amber tint and a large, creamy head that collapses quite quickly, good lacing. Boring, faint, lager-like sweet malty aroma. Where’s the wheat? Light to moderate sweetness, some acidity and a light bitter short finish. The flavours are as faint as the aroma, with some spicy hints, faint grains and citrus. Not too bad, but quite boring.

[33 cl bottle, from Vinmonopolet Storo, Oslo]
Bottle: Ok, this rating is not fair, as the Bier Imperium sold me a bottle which best before date expired 2 months ago. Aroma and flavor is full of acid, milk sourness and vinegar. Some dry bitterness in the end. I have to rate this again soon. RuneStumo (2685) - Haugesund, NORWAY - JAN 27, 2012
27.01.2012. 0,33l Bottle. vinmonopolet.no. 4,75 abv. Hazy golden orange colour with white head. Medium to rich body. Very grainy flavour with rather strong aroma. Strong carbonation. Gets better after a while. Ok. anders37 (26641) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JAN 16, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity grainy spicy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy and weak sour flavor. Has a sweetish fruity grainy sour finish. visionthing (5363) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 11, 2012
Bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, yeast and citrus. Fruity and grainy taste. Lightly sweet with acidity and some bitterness. Ernest (7696) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 22, 2011
Head is initially average sized, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain/bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of lemon juice, lime zest.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation.
Smells pretty nice, but ends up being quite sour (as portended by the sour citrus fruit nose) and thin/watery in the mouth. Odd and a little scatterbrained.
