bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - DEC 6, 2011
Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Blonde, cloudy. Fresh cheese and yeast in the aroma. Grainy sweetish flavor with vegetable notes. Yeasty.

asheft (3082) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 21, 2011
[bottle] Unique aroma of sour, refreshing wheat with some nice, citrusy hay. Hazy, light bronze under a lasting, white cover. Slightly bitter and sour flavour with some phenolic character and a nutty finish. Light to medium body, medium carbonation, phenolic, almost wax lips finish.

3fourths (9345) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 14, 2011
bottle. hazed golden wheat body, white head. fairly quiet nose of lemon / wheat / perfume esters, all much more pronounced as flavors. vibrant acidity. medium sweetness drying and bitterring later. mild citrus rind bitterness and lingering yeast and wheat pastiness in the finish. balanced and genuine.

argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 4, 2011
33cl bottle. Small white head atop hazy straw body. Aroma is medium sweet, cereal, some corn, light wheat, herbal. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, wheat/cream, some cereal, strawberry. Light body, light acidity.

abemorsten (3615) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - SEP 25, 2011
Shared bottle. Pours hazy golden (as some of the sediments came into the leaving an imprint on most of the rateable features of the beer. White, creamy film. Herbal, wooden aroma with notes of apples and cereal. Light sweet, yeasty and alcoholic flavor (which seems extraordinary given the low percentage). Medium body, Doughy, almost flour like mouth. Medium carbonation.

tia (2226) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - SEP 23, 2011
Bottle. Hazy golden with foamy head. Smells like bread and honey. Tastes a quick sweetness followed by a mild sour then into a dry finish with the hints of lingering sweetness. Both soft and lively in the mouth at the same time. Not what I normally drink but enjoying it on Mabon.

jgb9348 (6250) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - SEP 23, 2011
Hazy golden body with a rich tan head. Aroma of honey, apricots, apples and caramel. Medium-bodied; Nice rich malt flavour with a good sweet kick, some mild hops and a herbal and floral note. Mild complex aftertaste with a bunch of sweetness. Nice and great to sample as I’ve never seen it before - even though it wasn’t a stellar beer. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from German Gourmet in Falls Church, Virginia for US$3.50 by my Dad, sampled camping in Shenandoah National Park in Virginia.

Ratman197 (14830) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - SEP 20, 2011
Bottle poured a hazy golden yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas ofwheat, lemon, light coriander and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, lemon, light spice and a hint of earthiness with a crisp lingering citrus finish.

cubs (10635) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - SEP 18, 2011
Bottle @ home. Very cloudy, light yellow orange appearance with a small head. Actually this really looks like koolaid. Grainy- light barley, wheat- slightly citrusy with light fruity esters. Orange citrusy, banana, light clove, wheat, grainy flavor. Kind of a weird beer.

j12601 (11819) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 31, 2011
Bottle. Pours a hazed deep gold with a medium white head that falls off quickly. Big fuzzy grain with a touch of skunkiness, earthy noble hop fuzziness with a touch of paper. Medium bodied, loads of graininess and a hint of spiciness. Moves to a light lemon note with more grain. Interesting and drinkable but nothing I’d necessarily want to drink a lot of.
