[email protected] pre-gbbf shindig 2012. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and quite malty as well. Flavour is fruity, sweet malty with some slight grassy and herbal notes. Mild toasted notes in the finish as well. Pleasant festbier, which is a bit fruitier than the usual German beer.

Leighton (21477) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 13, 2012
Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, 2012, London. Pours clear, amber-gold with a fine, foamy white head. Bready nose, lots of toasty malts. Medium sweet flavor, big bread, light caramel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, light toasty cereal, more bread. It’s sweet and basic - it’s a marzen. Fine.
