THT December at deanso’s, still. Clear hazelnut with white head. Sweet malts, creamy nuts, old leaves, fresh cardboard. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry mouthfeel. Bittersweet finish. kermis (14999) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 16, 2016
Bottle shared courtesy of and with a slightly enraged (but willing to share) Malaysian stink badger at the December THT. Clear golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma of malt, fudge and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation. WillemsUrenkel (2088) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - OCT 20, 2016
0,5 l bottle out the the last big box from kapppldav123 so far as I remember. Dark amber in the glass, nearly clear with a big frothy light beige head. Looks really good. Decent malt on the nose. Taste starts roasted malty, low sweetness, grain, bready and low but present bitterness. Highly recommended!

Aroma; toffee, malts, honey, sweetbutter, faint mild hops.
Look; deep clear amber body, fawn bighead, very inviting.
Taste; sweet malts, toffee, honey, sweet butter, grass, hops, sweet barley syrup backbone - smooth malted finish, some hops popping up. Foam tastes lots of minerals and hops. Feel; normal body, near flat fizz. Overall; good vollbier, some carbonation may improve it. [50cl.btl 4.9% BB/14/9/(2016)]

Frisch vom Hahn in Nürnberg getrunken. Helles Kupfer mit schöner Krone im Glas. Mild malzig, Röstnoten sehr zurückhaltend. 3fourths (9367) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - NOV 13, 2015
From draft at the brewery. Crystal clear copper-amber with a lasting off-white head. Quiet aroma is malty in the way of graham cracker and toasted cereals with quiet floral hoppiness. It’s lightly yeasty and minerallic with subtle off-notes of grain husks and paper. There’s a small bit of toffee and pipe tobacco in the nose as well, it’s the most interesting aspect of the beer, but unfortunately it’s pretty dull. Medium-light bodied, malty, sweet, lightly bitter and acidic. Carbonation and malt texture are both a little rough and edgy, and the body is watery and the finish is quick. No major defects, just bland expression and watery / flabby body. BeerViking (5132) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 21, 2015
Bottle, pours brown with a Fast-settling head and a fruity caramel nose. Crisp, malty and bittersweet, if I didn’t know what this was it could easily be a sweetish Southern English brown bitter. ThirstyBird (3020) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 7, 2015
From a bottle, pours a clear deep amber with a tan head. the smell is toasted malt, brown sugar, bread, a little herbal. The taste is as it smells ending a with a little bit of chocolate and dryness. Light+ in body with crisp carbonation. Pretty nice.
