Bottled. The body is very dark pink, almost red whereas the head is an off white pink, the aroma of strawberries is immediate which lead me to expect a sweet taste and while the strawberry taste was as dominant as I thought it would be - it was an acidity strawberry taste rather than a sweet one. However, the acidity was executed perfectly and I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed this, my first lambic.

Bottle. Very fruity, identifiably strawberry, slightly tart, refreshing, effervescent beer. Very nice. (2008)

reebtogi (6378) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 3, 2011
355ml bottle poured red in color with a film of pinkish head and very little lacing. Aroma is all strawberry. Taste is strawberry sweetness with some tartness in the finish. Light bodied with light carbonation. Just too darn fruity to appreciate.

Red ruby pour. Pretty simple. Straw berry aroma. Strawbeery / alcohol taste with a tart sweet finish. The fruit didn’t taste too artificial (Which I like that it didn’t) Niot favorite of styles, but not bad.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Sweet but also tart strawberry. Not as fruity as a Fruli but a still a nice beer!

TheBeerOrg (2145) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - AUG 7, 2010
Pours dark golden with a thin wispy off-white head. Notes of strawberry, melon, cherry, soft wheat, light tartness. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

I was too kind to this one. Pours reddish. Clear. Nose and taste of freshly picked strawberry and juice. Rated 6/7/02

Blom (848) - Sorø, DENMARK - FEB 27, 2010
Red amber with a dense head. Aroma of berries and straw. Sweet flavours with a bit of sourness and floral notes in the backgorund.

bottle thanks to thirdeye11. light amber with a white head. nose is strawberry and not much else. decent on the palate with flavors of strawberries and sugar but still very tolerable to drink.

thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 31, 2010
( 12oz bottle from Lone Star Beverages in Carrollton, TX) Pours clear pink orange with nice frothy bubbles. Nose of strawberry juice, tart fruit and cherries. Taste of sugar, real strawberries, artificial sweetener with a lightly tart finish. This was better than I expected it to be.

NomDeBeer (414) - Maryland, USA - OCT 12, 2009
Artificial-tasting strawberry shortcake sweetness and a strange bitter - two things that are not good seperately, put them together and it doesn’t get better.
