COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional mead made with orange blossom honey from Florida. Pours a beautiful strong yellow gold, sweet on the palette with lots of honey character and a beautiful citrusy floral note with a nutty finish. Pairs extremely well with cheeses, sushi, lobster, as well as Indian or other spicy foods. Awesome with milk chocolate too!

375 ml Bottle Adamchandler poured about 4 ounces. Aroma is beeswax, honey, subtle floral notes. Very nuanced, citrus, honey, floral, and traces of vanilla. Not overly sweet and not cloying at all. Pretty enjoyable for me.

375ML. Another bottle acquired in a trade. Mead is very light straw yellow. The aroma lends to what is a very simple and straight-forward mead. Honey, bits of cherry and orange and coconut. Already a bit of oxidation setting in here. orange peel, vanilla, ginger root, oranges, even some banana. very good stuff. solid, actually a bit of burn from the booze left over at the end.

375 ml bottle from Jtclockwork. Thanks! The mead is a clear yellow. Still. The mead has a strong bread, peanut, and a great honeycomb note. Doughy and fruity. A noce citrusy note as well. Great mead. Slick mouthfeel. A bit thick.

Pale yellow color with a quickly dissipating white head that disappeared to a lively bubbling liquid. Sweet blossom honey nose. Delightful honey sweet flavor with hints of orange, green apple and vanilla. Very nice, straight up honey mead.

Pours clear golden. Aroma is bright sweet honey with notes of earth and light citrus. Flavor is great. Floral honey up front. Light wax and notes of vanilla. Mild citrus and a dash of Apple. Wonderful traditional mead. Very very well done.

Sampled at the meadery, Pours a light gold. Aroma and flavor are both sweet orange blossom honey-forward. Tastes wonderfully fresh. Drinks super clean, light, and refreshing. I expected this to bee too sweet, but it’s so clean and refreshing that it totally worked for me.

Bottle shared by Tom. Notes of fake pefume, grape honey, sugar. Mouthfeel is medium to full. Solid but I hate potpouri meads these days.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2014 Bottle from meadery. Pours yellow gold. Nose/taste of orange blossom honey, vanilla, citric orange peel, florals and beeswax. Dry finish with a touch of sweetness. One of the better straight forward orange blossom honey wines I’ve had. They should age this in orange liquor barrels or white wine.
