Grumbo (2946) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - MAY 20, 2017
Picked this one up during a visit to France. Poured clear amber colour with a modest off-white head. Aroma of herb, malt, caramel, and touch of honey. Fairly heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not great.

Inoven (747) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - DEC 3, 2016
Fles gedeeld door Joep. Amberkleurig troebel bier met matig schuim. Aroma is licht fruitig (misschien iets te koud voor het goede aroma). Smaak is fruitig en hoppig. Nasmaak is iets bitter. Drinkt lekker weg.

Bottle shared by Joep van Wezel, tasted with Inoven, Batch, HilligvG.

Reddish beer with a thin head and a scent of tangy fruit, hop and a touch of caramel. Fruity, hoppy, there’s malt coming through but the worrying thing is it doesn’t taste as strong as it is! You could easily guzzle a few of these before you realised what you were doing!

gegwilson (3702) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 2, 2014
Bottle from French supermarket. Pours amber and slightly hazy with a quickly fading white head. A bit of decent pear drop flavour to this. Some spicy hop notes too. Pretty decent.

maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - AUG 26, 2014
Bottled 09/08/14. A brown and practically headless beer. Sweet but with herbal notes which work nicely. A tasty enjoyable beer with a good body.

VDuquerroux (1684) - Airvault, Haut-Poitou, FRANCE - MAY 11, 2014
Bottle, 75cL. Home. A clear chesnut brown beer with a medium thin white head. Poor persistence. Aroma of honey, flower, smoke, herbs, spices. Sweet sugar sweet balanced with medium refreshing bitter. Medium voluptuous body, silky texture, average carbonation, bittersweet finish. Overall, I really liked this honey spicy gallic ale. I see myself drinking this beer at "Puy du Fou".
