I’m drinking this one out on a patio on a beautiful Crested Butte weekend, so it may be skewed. But this is a damn fine IPA. Nearing a double. Big like a Deviant Dale’s. tcon25 (1025) - Duvall, Washington, USA - JUL 8, 2016

Can: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy citrus, lemon, peel, grapefruit, grass, earthy notes, and dank hops. It pours a hazy dull orange with a small white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. There is some dotted lacing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate citrus, light tropical fruits, and a touch of caramel. The finish has moderate grapefruit, earthy bitterness, and a touch of dank hops. It’s light-medium bodied with light-moderate carbonation.
Can- pours gold white head - nose/taste of resin, dank pine, citrus and caramel malt - medium body. onceblind (11147) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 19, 2016
Clear golden with a thick creamy off white head. Lovely juicy tropical but focused citrus pith/resin nose with a lot of zest, peel and juicy tones of orange and grapefruit. Crisp and earthy bitter flavor that has some dank and piney bitterness with a fresh floral and grapefruity hop bitterness. A little earthy bitter but still tasty.

12 oz. can. Pours a thick, well retained, tiny bubbled off white head, with extensive lacing, over an effervescent amber (SRM 8)j body.....nose is heavy pine, resin, grapefruit, mild toasted malts, balance to the hops......taste is lightly floral sweet, mild toasted malts, heavy pine, resin, citrus peel, mild grass, slight allium, finishing with moderate lingering bitterness, balance to the hops.......mouth feel, light of medium body, mild alcohol, high carbonation, slight astringency. This is a quite typical American IPA, with the slight exception of mild malts, and the hint of allium. It is a very easy drinker. Can. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of resinous pine with a touch of onion and sweet grains backing. Flavor has lots of pine with resin and light onion supporting and a sweet grain backbone. NachlamSie (3619) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 8, 2016
Pint at White Whale. Pours orange and super clear with a sturdy white head. The aroma explodes with hops, mostly pine and melon. The palate is very dry but with a modest suggestion of caramel to support the hop beast. A decent bitterness in the back of the palate gives depth to the vast hop flavor. Deep notes of a forest, grapefruit, and mango are everywhere. Fantastic.
