12 oz can. Pours slightly hazy straw gold with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is bready malt with stinky onion hops and some alcohol.

The flavor is sweet bready caramel malt with big resiny, slightly onion, hops. There’s some alcohol, but it’s well hidden. the mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, I liked it a lot better on draft. It was more sweet and fruity with no stinky onion hops.

Can. Peach aroma with notes of stone fruit, floral hops, tropical fruit and a hint of pine resin. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with sweet peach, stone fruit and tropical fruit hop flavors. Finishes dry but very smooth with floral and light pine resiny hop bitterness but not as much as expected. Another fantastic IPA from these guys.

Fresh as fuck can dated 5/27. A clean, semi transparent golden orange with an average white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is tropical up front. Passion fruit, mango, and citrus. Pine and sweet caramel candy as well. Taste is big grapefruit, mango, passion fruit, and other tropical flavors up front. Dank pine gives way to sweet, caramel and malts. Heavy and super sticky. Lingering dry fruitiness. Some alcohol present.

Amber colored, moderate sized white head that lasts. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus, peach, alcohol, caramel. Medium to full body, big hop flavors, big bitterness with alcohol hidden fairly well. This is a really good example of a Triple IPA.

Can in Seattle. From Belmont Station. Creamy, lingering foam. Very dark, mostly clear golden orange. Deep peach nose, some bitterness and alcohol on nose. Obviously rich body, stone fruit and raspberry juice. Thick juice. Rather strong bitterness for a heavy ’triple’ IPA. Some strong alcohol to wrap it up. One of the better ones I’ve had in awhile.

Braudog (6674) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - MAY 4, 2017
Can. Golden and frothy. Very rich and syrupy. There’s a very slight hop kiss to this, but there’s an overall subtle delivery in an otherwise big beer. (#6586, 5/3/2017)
