Ingredients: Malt; maize; hops.
A well-balanced beer with a marked floral fruitiness coming through from the aromatic yeasts used in its production. Pale yellow appearance; moderately light bodied; mild bitterness.

33 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Grassy dry nose. Slight sweet malt and bitterhops in a rather grassy flavoured blend. Not bad but not thrilling either.

Ungstrup (37560) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 8, 2002
A very light yellow color and no head. A slightly hoppy aroma and a hoppy flavor a little like Urquell but not as bitter. It has a quite dry taste.

Ungstrup (37560) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 7, 2004
An orange beer with a huge white head. The aroma is very light, but what i is there is malty with notes of straw. The flavor is boring malty with notes of straw, honey, and a sour sort of hops which gives it a dry finish - or is it the use of brewing cereal, that makes it sour? and the body is even thin. A totally boring beer.

Draught. Yellow coloured with a white head. Sweet malty and buttery aroma with fruity and hoppy notes. Malty flavour of fruits and berries with a harsh hoppy finish.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Grassy malty aroma with maizeish hints. Flavour is dry papery and hoppy. Some maize and malts also there. Nice bottle, but not too exciting content...
