Giocosa IPA!

Prodotta tutto l’anno.

Very dark roasted malts charcoal, chocolate, light citrus fruits. Hazy, dark brown, medium, frothy, beige head. Light bitter. More roasted malts, cacao, floral hops, grass, pine, bitterness intensifies, citrus fruits, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Decent Black IPA. Keg at The Italian Job, Chiswick.

Mörkt brun till svart öl med lusbrunt skum. Doften är humlig med citrus och tallbarr. Detsamma återkommer i smaken.

0,33l bottle at home from trade with Zakoon. Bottled 02/2015, BB 02/2016. black color, small dark coffee-colored head. smells of licorice, light roast, light grass, lychee, some earthy notes, light ash, light notes of resin. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of licorice, light sweetness, some roast, coffee, cocao, a bit earthy, has a bit of a salt like quality towards the finish, some grass and light resin notes. finishes rather dry with some roast and notes of grass and licorice. wow, very nice one, great creamy mouthfeel. great drinkability. although not fresh this one held up very good.

Bottiglua da 33cl. Di un bel marrone scuro con schiuma persistente e di color nocciola. Aroma speziato, mentre al gusto risaltano le erbe. Buon amaro.

Bottled. Pours deep brown with anaverage beige head. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and bitter. Aroma of slightly roasted malt, citrus and chocolate. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice BIPA. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

33 cl. bottle at home. Meium high creamy and long lasting light brown head. Black body. Solid roasted malt caramel coffee aroma. Powerful roasted malt caramel coffee flavor with a good deal of hops bitterness. Low carbonation, long dry finish. Alcohol wll hidden. Of course there is a lot of hops in this beer but I like the fact that the malt is equally dominant and that the balance of the beer is not spoiled by too much alcohol . Nice surprise.
