Can’t really excite anyone with this one... Like all the other raters, its just an average beer from an average brewery... jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - MAR 9, 2010
on tap-pours a white ring for a head and gold color. Aroma is grain, (some corn?). taste is grain (some corn?), hint of hops.

Bottle. Pours a golden body with a white head. Some light bread y tones, vegetative with a bitter sweetness and bitter sweet lagered notes. Thin light boring session ale. 21 years and this is the recipe you came up with, that’s insulting.

12 oz bottle (thanks Pam). Some roasted grains, light caramel, grass, light copper, bubblegum, and a minor citrus in the aroma. Pour had very small fizzing head, light body, and a golden orange color. Palate was flatter than you would expect from a lager like this. Could have had a slightly crisper bite to it. Nothing off in the flavors, but not also not as refreshing as it could be. The richer caramel and roasty malts actual take away from the nice grass, light citrus, and mixed pale grains for me. It all just didn’t mix quite that well. So this was not a bad beer, as it was somewhat interesting, its just that I couldn’t really see anytime when I would really be in the mood to pick this one up to drink. beernovice39 (3270) - Idaho, USA - FEB 4, 2010
Not as good as the red tail ale. Very drinkable however. This is a good beer to introduce to your macro friends.

(bottle) Clear, golden amber with a big, white head quickly dissipating with lace. Light, medium sweet malt aroma and some orange. Light bodied with very little carbonation. Flavor is caramel, sweet malt, slightly spicy and herbal. Aftertaste is metallic. unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - SEP 1, 2009
12oz bottle. Orange color. white head. Citrus aroma. hints of bread. Some lemon zest. Flavor is a thin malt. followed by a sharp bitterness. Very light, thin bodied. not much going on. lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 1, 2009
Dark copper orange, off white head. Aroma is toasted caramel, grainy. Taste is the same, toasted malt, but overall husky and grainy. Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 2, 2009
Bottled. Poured hazy medium amber with a short-lived cap of whitish head. The aroma picked up toasted grains, caramel, and honey with dry spices and floral accents.. malty overall and pleasant enough. The flavor found light fruits in addition to honey and caramel at the core.. tacky malts with mild floral bitterness on the edges.. a bit tangy on the finish. Lighter-bodied with low-ish carbonation on the palate.. decent balance, but the tacky malts on the back kept it from being refreshing. OK stuff. 502Che (999) - @, CAMBODIA - JUL 21, 2009
A bit of soy on the aroma, but a very nice and refreshing cherry quality on the flavor. Not the best, but a very nice session beer. A very nice LAGER to boot!
