Fairly light simple Sidra. A bit of sweetness and some light zestiness. Apple and apple skin. Leans to the sweet side of the sweet/tart balance that these sidras tend to walk.

courtesy of Antonio Rey - hazy golden with no foam; aroma of cellar, old apples and pears; thin-bodied, low carbonation; sweet and light sour; dry fruity finish with more notes of cellar

De color amarillo pálido, ligeramente turbio, sin espuma. Sin carbonatación. Textura acuosa. Aroma a manzana verde, reminiscencias cítricas.

Draft at Bru Craft. Billed at 5%. Hazy yellow straw pour with just a slight amount of white fizz. No lace. Juicy pungent white peaches and seckel pears. Green grapes. Gooseberries. Grassy/earthy cherries. Moderately sweet and tart. Dry finish. Works well.

Bottle from a decanter at nortman, poured "basque style". It is a good asturian cider, tart and funky, dry, earthy apple, but fresh.

Bottle, [email protected], Can Picafort. Pours hazy yellow with a small, fizzy white film head. Aroma has fresh green apple, zesty, peel. Some sweetness. Low, prickly carbonation, fine dry and quite light mouthfeel. Flavour has light tartness, apple, sulphur, quite dry. Perhaps lacking in mouthfeel, but otherwise fine.

Very pale and naturally cloudy. Lots of fragrant, sweet apple and a hint of tartness and dry wood in the finish.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours gokden with small head. Aroma is woody, kind of winy, apples, of course. Taste is lightly smoky. Slightly tart. Pretty dry. Not very sweet. Pretty nice. Easy to drink.
