Thanks to MrHangover for this bottle! Bottle number 32, April 18, 2013 bottling. Pours opaque black with a tiny tan secondary head and some lacing. Aroma is super duper roasty, ashtray, not much else. Flavor is burned malts, tobacco, lightly sweet and very bitter. Fills out in flavor profile a bit as it warms. Full body, creamy mouthfeel. Interesting. barn0216 (551) - California, USA - DEC 5, 2013
Bottle from bytemesis. Deep, dark brown color, little foam. Chocolate, dark dried fruits, fairly rich. A bit of sweetness in the front but burned roast takes over and holds onto the finish. Meh. MotherBrother (945) - Aalborg, DENMARK - NOV 22, 2013
Pour is pretty darn black, with a beautiful creamy dark tan head.
Aroma is pretty roasted of coffee, roasted malts, dark bitter chocolate, slight green notes, some molasses/toffee stuff. D.I.S indeed!!! - this really is like a Classic Dutch demolen/emelisse kinda stout.
The taste is pretty darn bitter, with some faint sweet notes. Semi-full bodied, with a rather flat carbonation. Thanks a bunch to Jeff for sending me this. TBone (18225) - Pori, FINLAND - NOV 21, 2013

Dark brown, opaque, small brown head. Some diacetyl, roasted aroma. Full-bodied. Sticky, toffeish, loads of hops. Well, alcohol and unbalanced feeling.
Bottle acquired via trade with Benzai...thanks Rene! Squid ink pour with some dark mahogany edges and a thin latte foam. Baker’s chocolate, brownie batter, toasted marshmallow, campfire, pine, dark fruit, alcohol, and vanilla. Not as rich as the description indicates. Can’t quite put my finger on it but there is something missing. Good, not great. Martinus (4701) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - SEP 16, 2013
Clear black brown colour, red hue, beige head. Smoky aroma, coffee, malts, coffee, vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate and light tropical fruits. Sweet flavour, coffee, caramel, bitter hops. Bitter coffee finish, malts, molasses and quite some hops.

Clear dark brown beer, very small layer of beige bubbles, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: some chloride, mocha, caramel, pretty sugary, some vanilla, dark chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bit citric, caramel, mocha, coffee, very dry, pretty fruity, some exotic fruits. Aftertaste: lots of coffee, sugary, mocha, bi of caramel, vanilla, very bitter and dry hop. If by the end of a tasting like today’s, a beer can still be very bitter and hoppy, then it must be loaded with hops.
0,75 l bottle, shared with friends, as a birthday gift, thanks Balazs!ogreface (1390) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 31, 2013
Pours deep as midnight with a small beige head. Aroma of ash, meat and smoked bacon, dead fallen leaves, roasted barley and rock oil, dirt and burnt wood. Huge bodied one with tar, burnt wood, ash and roasted grains, deep dark chocolate. Robust, heavy, dangerous;-)
