Original. Merlin je výjimečný ležák, který lze pro jeho velmi tmavou barvu označit za opravdu černé pivo. Náš sládek jej vaří podle speciální receptury a při jeho výrobě používá vedle tří druhů sladu, křišťálově čisté vody z hlubinného jezera a kvalitního chmele rovněž pražený ječmen. Výsledkem je magická kombinace chutí s výraznou hořkostí připomínající stout, kterou ocení každý opravdový znalec.

Clear dark black brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige to light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, roasted, caramel, light to moderate chocolate malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark chocolate malt, roasted, dry, bread, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110814]
