Original. Merlin je výjimečný ležák, který lze pro jeho velmi tmavou barvu označit za opravdu černé pivo. Náš sládek jej vaří podle speciální receptury a při jeho výrobě používá vedle tří druhů sladu, křišťálově čisté vody z hlubinného jezera a kvalitního chmele rovněž pražený ječmen. Výsledkem je magická kombinace chutí s výraznou hořkostí připomínající stout, kterou ocení každý opravdový znalec.

Aroma is sweet and woody, creme caramel, , bark, burnt sugar. Flavour is composed of woody, brown sugars, toffee and caramel. Palate medium light bodied, cremay on the tongue, moderate carbonation.
