Golden colour with white mediumsized head. Aroma is hay, saltwater, some hints of toffee and hops. Flavour is grass, hay, and some bready notes. Some rather salty hoppyness also. Still good balance.
Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear golden, minimal head. Aroma of hay and butter. Medium sweet with clean malt profile. Lots of oily, flowery Czech style hops and diacetyl, lingering bitterness. cgarvieuk (24548) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 3, 2007

Blond color. Delicate hoppy aroma (Saaz), very light bread too. A bit more sweetness and less crispy than an original Pilsner, but quite well hopped, and the Saaz leaves some traces all along the final. Good.
(Stockholm Beer Festival 2007) Golden color, white head. Aroma from diacetyl and some hops, metal notes. Fruity, grassy flavor, metallic and with bready notes. Clean and rather well balanced. TBone (17585) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 29, 2006

Golden color, small white head. Malty, weak nose. Medium-bodied. Quite well-balanced, not really hopped to be "real German pils" but good lager which competes with beers like Budvar.
1. Keg Handpump at Wilkie’s Tavern, Warrington 16/04/2002
Golden coloured with a slightly hazy appearance. Pale with an excellent hop finish.
2. Cask Handpump at the Memorial Hall, Northwich 23/09/2006
Creamy white head. Floral aroma. Golden coloured and fruity with some alcohol present. Slightly bitter crisp and floral malt finish. tiggmtl (4545) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 21, 2006
Listed as "German Pils": Herbal, leafy hop aroma with some grainy malts and a light DMS. Brilliant, clear golden body is topped by a thin white head that recedes to a partial cover with good lacing. Grainy, vegetal and lightly medicinal flavour with apparent but non-descript finishing bitterness. Light somewhat watery texture with low carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub. thenick (766) - North Bellmore, New York, USA - AUG 4, 2007
Pours sort of a golden orange color. Aroma is simply hops, and the taste is the same with fruit and malt characteristics as well. Pretty good.
