Clear, yellow/gold appearance with a small white head and sparce lacing. Sweet malt aroma with a vegetal edge. Taste is caramel malts and biscuits; hop impact is minimal. Light-to-medium bodied, modestly carbonated mouthfeel and a short lived finish. RobertDale (6480) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - FEB 3, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear gold with an average off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, and fruit. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, fruit, and a bit of spice. OK. Jrwhitney6 (496) - - JAN 8, 2013
Pours a copper-orange. Nice aroma of gingerbread. Sweetness carries through to the taste, with some brown sugar and caramel notes. Seems a little under-carbonated. Good, but pretty simple

Bottle from Half Time. Pours light amber gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is bready with some grassy/spicy aspects. Med body. Flavor is bready with some spicy/grassy aspects. It certainly has much more flavor than a standard pale lager. Finishes fairly dry and noticeably hoppy. Arguably a bit underrated. Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2012
Clear golden of golden with a white head. An aroma of sweet malt, apples, pineapple and no hops. A flavor of sweet malt, hops and candy.

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, flowers, light wet hay. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, caramel, candy - sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Received a four pack and tulip glass under my tree this year, picked up at the Christmas market in Metz. Deep copper hue, faint head. Spicy smell, with just the right amount of carbonation. A nice take on the Belgian style wih some added spiceness for Christmas. Different from the German Christmas beers I have been drinking...a nice change of pace. saxo (18364) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 23, 2012
