Bottle, 4.6% ABV. Unsurprisingly, it pours a quite pale golden body under a small off-white head. Weak aroma with some artificial lemon initially, followed by grains and some citrusy hops. It’s not bad, it just gives an artificial impression. Effervescent, medium body with citrus, pale malt and a hint of metal flavor. It finishes with artificial lemon and some maltyness. There’s also some bitterness, quite appropriate level for the style. Easy to drink, but it would probably be challenging to drink more than one bottle of it. It’s too artificial-lemony. Sweet malty lager aroma - says pale with a capital pee. Totally bland pale malty lager taste. Pale, fizzy. Pale green bottle, -1 to appearance. Baaaaad.
Bottle @ dad’s. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, light bitter grains, decently bitter. Average body and carbonation. Decent lager. MiP (15943) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 13, 2009
Bottle, 4.6%. Sweet ashtray aroma. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is slightly grainy, slightly watery. Standard lager. bhensonb (15500) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 24, 2007
Light grassy aroma. Ok, it’s a lager. Brassy gold color with a white head that leaves. After the carbonation is out of the way there is a light malty sweetness. There is a bit of hop, but the malt dominates the finish. Sort of a musty aspect in the long finish. It is different. Way better than Bud. Which is damning with faint praise.
