An average ipa at best. Had this one at home and bought it at jewel. Very malty and not hoppy. Not sure why it is even considered an ipa

Really seems over malty for the style. Can't really taste much hops. No bitterness an no sign of dry hopping. Might get a better score if it was labeled as a light scotch ale.

Bottle, mine labeled from Rochester. Pretty pedestrian pour, but not flawed, either. Crystal clear amber brew, thin head. Virtually no aroma, and this drinks without much of a flavor profile at all. But it’s not offending, either. Crisp, clean and drinkable. (#5262, 9/22/2013) vamp666 (15) - - SEP 21, 2013
Nice summer IPA. Very light and smooth. Great for a carne asada. Good times!!! Fantomasus (291) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - JUL 14, 2013
Pours an orange copper with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma: caramel, nuts, light resin, a little alcohol and vanilla. Well balanced taste. Palate: medium body, slick feel, average carbonation, bitter finish. It[’s an IPA.

Poured from a bottle, San Diego. Light hop aroma. Faint malts, weak hops. This could take the place of Bud Light in America’s bars if Americans were infinitesimally more masculine. Not a bad beer, just completely unremarkable. Not worth your time. hopheadsbrew (142) - Illinois, USA - JUN 6, 2013
Golden color. Fluffy head. Hop aroma is predominate. Meduim carbonation. Clean flavor. Some candy sweetness. Solid bitter aftertaste. Blairgus (4613) - California, USA - MAY 6, 2013
6 may 2013, bottle. Gold with pink twinge. Nose is pine and grapefruit rind hops. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Piney, grapefruit, resin hops. Faintly oily. Kind of mediocre.

Yellow, Good head, Some Lacing. Some initial hoppiness fades away quickly and leaves malty aftertaste. But there is something weird in between and can’t tell what it is. Not enough hops, a little on watery side.. Drinkable but just fair.

Aroma brings light citrus, lemon and herby hops. Crimson/copper appearance with a huge three-finger foam. Pleasant caramel, honey, biscuit overtones. Light fruit and hops on the tail end. Overall, it’s not too bad. Kind of a more malt based IPA. I’d give this a C rating.
