330ml bottle @ home. Pours a very clear white wine colour with nearly no head. Nose is perfume floral with hints of sour green apples. Flavour is lightly floral hops upfront and then sharp green apples but lightly so as it's more sour unripened green apples with a semi dry finish.

Very very tart apple flavour, super crisp macintosh flavour and Aroma. Hops are hard to find, maybe some subtle green grassy notes, but this is mostly tart apple.l juice. Not bad, not great.

330 ml bottle purchase at Les Marchands de Bières in Sainte-Thérèse (Québec) on March 24, 2017. Very pale, a bit bubbly. Sweet apple blossom aroma, some hoppiness. Typical sour apple taste, mostly Macintosh with dry hoppy notes, potassium finish. Just like most sparkling ciders!

Pale yellow color. Mild aroma, candies, with some hops.Way too dry, weak, with some acidity and almost no flavor, maybe hints of hops, but you can really do much better.

Bottle - Bright green apple and light grass. Pale green gold. Light crisp green apple with a dry tannic finish.

Very pale, greenish. No head, but light effervescence. Quite floral with the houblon hops, with notes of citrus. Green apple tartness up front, a touch of bitterness but mostly the hops come through the palate as floral. Carbonated finish cuts through the acidity but sort of wipes away the hops, too, which is unfortunate because I think those hops are pretty good. Body is quite light and there isn’t a whole lot of apple character - the base cider is clean but lacking something.

mcberko (18929) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 3, 2017
330mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out loads of floral, perfumey hops, followed by crisp green apples. Flavour is very carbonated, with perfumey, floral hops upfront, and crisp green apples. The carbonation is very aggressive, which takes away from any of the other qualities. Crisp and easy to drink, but nothing special.

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2017 330ml bottle. Crystal clear, near colourless, white wine-like pale straw colour. Flavors are green apples, lemon, gooseberries and faint fruity/herbal hops with vinous notes. Light body, lively carbonation, thin texture.

12 ounces bottle. Thanks Jo for gift. Ok, let me start off by saying I don’t know anything about ciders.. This is my first cider rating and I don’t want to read any other ratings before doing this one. Please bear with me. So, that being said.. Let’s pour this thing. Aroma: apples of course, I’d say freshed picked up apples, not ripped yet, lots of pear, light caramel. App: clear pale between water and Budweiser, minimal spearing white head... Didn’t take long for it to go whatever it goes. Taste and palate: light body, lots of non ripped apples back in mouth giving this light sweetness, moderate carbonation, light acidity finish. Overall: him. Not too sure if this should be considered good or not. I guess we all need to start somewhere and this is where I start. This is really easy to drink. Apples are present but well balanced with the carbonation and the sweetness. Did I like it? Yes. Good first experience with ciders. Let’s see when the second one happens.
