Bottle found in parents fridge...beer is terrible...weak caramel and malt presence...should have poured it down the drain...yuck...(#840)

This was dark and I guess if I had to choose between Michelob ultra and this then maybe I will choose this beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A hard to detect aroma of malt. Pours a clear brown with no head, kind of flat. Tastes like stale Diet Coke. Slightly sweet caramel with a hint of malt and a slightly tart finish. Watery feel hardly worth drinking.

Backlog. Bottle->shaker. Chestnut brown with small white head. Lite roasted malt, some caramel sweetness on the end. Boring but basically drinkable.

I didn't take any extra notes when I tried this beer for the first time but I'm gonna try it again and update my comments. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a thin head on a clear dark straw body. The aroma is faint caramel... and nothing. The taste is caramel sweetness, then candy sweetness. Not a hint of bitterness to balance it out. The texture is sticky and fizzy. Not great.

Received in trade from gregwilsonstl, Thanks? Crystal clear deep copper color. Big caramel with hints of fig and burnt sugar. Not horrible, a bit of a joke that this got sent out, but really not half bad if a bit too malty.

Hotel lobby beer. Pours a clear medium brown with a white head. Aromas of fruity yeast and light roast. Taste is sweet but crisp.

UPDATED: MAR 11, 2016 Tried a couple of these at Jimmy’s in Walker, only thing that wasn’t a pale lager. It was actually quite good, I was surprised.
