Pours hazy yellow with a four finger foamy off-white head. Aroma is pretty much banana. Not quite medium body with decent carbonation. Flavor is banana, wheat, and a touch of clove. Rather crisp. Not the best, but far from the worst. Ratman197 (15220) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - OCT 22, 2006
Bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aromas of wheat, bubblegum, hint of banana and light spice. Palate was light bodied and cris[p. Flavors of wheat, yeast and hints of bubblegum and clove with a dry lightly spicy finish. Tmoney99 (14863) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 17, 2006
Bottle from sampler set under the name of Bavarian Style Wheat. Poured hazy yellow color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate spicy banana and clove aroma. Medium body with a sticky textue and soft carbonation. Medium spicy sweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable refreshing beer. Drake (14059) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 25, 2009
12 once bottle from a sampler. Pours a very, very, very, extraordinarily lighty hazed very, very pale golden yellow. Thin head. Poo head retention and lacing. Aroma is banana with nutty bread notes. Taste is bread with faint banana notes and maybe some other fruits. Not bad, but generic and bland. Medium bodied. shrubber85 (11583) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - NOV 17, 2006
Bottle. Sour lemon wheat and ripe banana aroma. Cloudy yellow-brown color with moderate head. Slightly sour wheat malt flavor with lemon and banana notes. Light bitter finish. This is infinitely better than the original Michelob Hefe Weizen - as good as many German Hefes. I personally like more of the fruit esters but this is extremely nice especially for an A-B beer.

Bottle… Cloudy golden ale with a large, fizzy, white head. Lots of lemon and banana in the nose with lesser notes of clove, bubble gum and white bread. Full-bodied and lightly creamy with tickling carbonation. Lemon-like acidity is the first thing that greets my tongue; then I get banana, light clove and low bitterness as the gentle acidity lingers. Finishes crisp and mildly tart. daknole (11050) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - NOV 1, 2009
bottle. Yeah right, bavarian style. sure. bready, bananas and bubblegum aromas and flavors...but pretty artificial. Not the worst swill ever, but not really good either. DocLock (10970) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 2, 2006
Bottle from Pat’s. Pours hazxy medium coppery with aroma of clove, Bazooka, some banana. Medium, fairly complex palate, with a citrusy clovey banana taste and some peppery hints. Not bad. alexsdad06 (10651) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUN 14, 2010
12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a medium sized off white head and decent carbonation. The aroma provides a nice whiff of banana, some cloves, yeast. The flavor is primarily banana with cloves, yeast and wheat playing secondary roles. Light-medium bodied, refreshing. For what it is, this wasn’t a bad option at a party with non craft beer types.

Pours hazy yellow with a decent white head and a banana aroma. Lots of banana ester in the flavor, along with a slightly sour wheat taste. Not too bad for a wheat beer.
