12 oz bottle pours amber with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast and sweet. Taste was sweet malt, and a hint of citrus.
Bottle. Pours golden with a large white head. Aroma of honey and light malts with a hint of spice. Very sweet with a hint of citrus and spice. Tastes more like corn syrup than honey. No wheat characteristics at all. Too sweet and no complexity.

Tasted from bottle into nucleated pint glass. Poured a light amber color with creamy off-white head, somewhat lasting, little lace. Aromas of grain, whole-wheat bread, no finishing hops, very faint honey and peppery yeast esters. Flavors of mild malt sweetness and restrained hops bitterness, some toast, caramel, hints of apricots and citrus. Light body and mellow, rounded mouthfeel of wheat. Moderate carbonation and efficient ale fermentation leave a refreshing, dry finish. Pretty good stuff from Anheuser Busch. I’m nostalgic about this beer because my father-in-law introduced me to it early on his path toward interesting craft brews. TheJester (2543) - Cavan Monaghan, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 22, 2011
355 mL bottle. Pale orange gold with a film of head. Something candy-like to the aroma, and also a little citrus. Flavour is not bad. A little spicy wheat. Suggestive of a Belgian JaBier (8253) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - APR 11, 2010
Bottle given to me by a friend who didn’t want to drink any more of this. Clear yellowish gold with a big white head. Aroma of sweet malt, honey and lager yeast. Honey and sweet grainy malt in the flavor. A bit thin on the finish, but other than that more flavorful than I expected.

Meh... too sweet to really enjoy as even a session wheat... thats about all there is to say. stef92 (129) - Williamstown, New Jersey, USA - FEB 15, 2010
Pours a light golden color. Looked and smelled promising in the glass. Flavor is all honey with a slight wheat aftertaste. Reminded me of the bottom of a cup of hot tea with honey. Too sweet. Not good. weihenweizen (4111) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - FEB 7, 2010
Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours nice golden color with small white head. Palate is a syrupy, but I kind of like it. Taste is honey and a pretty good american wheat bordering hefeweizen. Nicely carbonated and some lacing. Simply underrated for what it is. Poobah (468) - New Orleans, Louisiana, USA - JAN 23, 2010
Peculiar aroma that’s hard to pinpoint. Fairly carbonated, watery mouthfeel. Very sweet honey finish. They must have used a ton of honey and/or a very sweet variation. Fair but I couldn"t drink more than one. shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - DEC 23, 2009
Bottle. Honey, grass, and wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet wheat malt flavor - not much else. A bit cloying.
