Quite pleasant. Could do with a touch more complexity but a job well done nonetheless. jtclockwork (16592) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 14, 2010
Rated the original Celis before Michigan took over. Pours like a pale ale. Nose and taste is very light raspberry and light malts/wheat. Rated 10/24/2000 brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - SEP 3, 2012
Pours a pale pinkish red with a white head. The nose is very sweet. Light raspberry fruitiness and tartness with a lot of bread and vanilla. Smells very much like cream soda. Faint butterscotch candy notes. The flavor is dominated by the same cream soda character. The raspberry is there, but it’s more of an accent to the sweetness of the butterscotch, caramel, and vanilla notes. bhensonb (15195) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 26, 2007
Strange aroma - raspberry, but a bit medicinal. Hazy amber color with a white head. Thin to medium body with lightly fizzy carbonation. Flavor is sort of unbitter and unsweet. Raspberry, but sort of woody. Gets more acceptable as things progress, but it just tastes a bit strange (to me).

(12oz bottle) Lightly hazed peach body with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, raspberry tartness, pastry, light peach. Taste is medium sweet, raspberry soda, light peach, tartness (quite a bit less than the aroma suggests). Soft, light body, faint acidity, easy drinking.
