12oz bottle poured into snifter. This is one fantastic pumpkin beer. The last few pumpkin beers I’ve had sort of let me down but this one was killer. Had a nice aroma of pumpkin pie mixed with banana bread and spice. The flavor is very creamy mixed a slight pumpkin cinnamon banana mixture. Outstanding!! polomagnifico (1202) - Saginaw, Michigan, USA - SEP 17, 2011
Bottle. Aroma has notes of pumpkin, nutmeg, gingerbread, nuts and brown sugar. Hazy medium orange hue with an average white foamy head that mostly diminished and left ok lace. Flavor is medium-heavy sweet. Palate is medium to full bodied and oily soft. Overall a nice pumpkin ale that is enjoyable and balanced. yumyum (221) - barrie, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 11, 2011
this is liquid pumpkin pie, on the nose and in the taste. Very easy drinking, nice palate. Overall well crafted but obviously somewhat one dimensional. It is a nice representaion of the syle. Bjrott (3) - - SEP 2, 2011 does not count
I like pumpkin, pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll, carving pumpkins, pumpkin cookies, so my rating is biased. I do not work for the brewer. Art (3219) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 2, 2011
UPDATED: SEP 2, 2013 Disclaimer: I LOVE pumpkin so I may be a little bias. This beer tastes like a liquid pumpkin pie with alcohol.

Poured into a tulip.
Color is a bright peach-orange color that is mostly transparent with a bit of light haze. Single-finger white head falls down into a bit of light lacing and a few large carbonation bubbles. Nose is some bright and strong pumpkin spice notes along with a strong nose of cinnamon and some sweet apple.
Taste is Apple Jacks with some cinnamon and green apple components plus a bit of nutmeg and some sweet pumpkin pie. Light sweetness. Light to medium body with low amounts of carbonation. Pretty sweet and slightly cloying. Not terrible, but a bit too sweet and slightly gimmicky.

(Draught at GABF) clear golden, fine ring of white bubbles. Nose of pumpkin, huge cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet brown sugar, juniper and herbal. Taste of spruce tips, christmas *HUGE* spices, cloves, little bit of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Well carbonated, huge spice linger and allspice on the palate. fear025 (213) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - MAR 1, 2011
Aroma:Smells a little spicy.
Appearance:Orange, good head.
Taste:The foretaste is sweet, spicy, and delicious. Very quickly the taste turns a little acrid in the midtaste. It’s like the sweetness leaves the room and all you have left is some harsh spice flavor.
Mouthfeel:This beer has a light body, and good carbonation.
Drinkability:This pumpkin ale makes the same mistake that a lot of these do, and just spices it up too much, overblown. Dorwart (2607) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - FEB 6, 2011
Pretty dense off-white head of fine bubbles. Lots of gingerbread and nutmeg in the aroma. Color is a slightly hazy copper. Soft malty mouthfeel with a bit of dry spices and a tad of chalkyness. Some vegetal flavors and spices. An ok spiced ale. shrubber85 (11582) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - DEC 23, 2010
Bottle. Strong pumpkin, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon aroma. Clear amber color with minimal head. Sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, and light pumpkin flavor. Light palate. Smelled great but flavor disappoints.
