Bottle. Strong pumpkin, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon aroma. Clear amber color with minimal head. Sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, and light pumpkin flavor. Light palate. Smelled great but flavor disappoints. Jwasciuk (198) - Lowell, Michigan, USA - SEP 20, 2006
UPDATED: APR 12, 2007 Pours light orange and clear. Aroma is spices and cinnimon. Flavor is very spicy the clove taste is over powering, however it does taste like pumpkin pie. I poured the last inch down the drain. cheap (5913) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 15, 2007
What an aroma of cloves, anisette and licorice, quite anesthetizing. Color is orange/ruby and clear. Has a small off white head. Wow, lots of pumpkin spice in this brew, more than any other I’ve tried. Certainly tries to imitate the fall pumpkin feeling. May be overdone on the spices. Yes, if you are looking for something that is like pumpkin pie without the sugar, you got it. But isn’t sweetness the major portion of a pumpkin pie? Barely any carbonation on the palate and what does exist is slight champagne creaminess. Finish is pumpkin spice all the way, don’t know if I can take more than two of these at a time. No bitterness detected but the spice is quite in your face. softale (188) - Michigan, USA - OCT 19, 2002
Hmmmmmmmm. This is Screamin’ Pumpkin by MBC I hope it’s the same one. But this stuff is pretty bad whatever it’s called. Aroma is something akin to pumpkin pie splashed with Old Spice. Tastes even worse than it smells. The only good thing about it is I only bought the one bottle! sliplever (3) - new kensington, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 16, 2007 does not count
Smells like pumpkin pie. Looks Great! But, it just tastes like cinnamon water. It is so thin with almost 0 other flavor! I don’t turn down beers often, but this one is going right down the drain.
