Tap at Dinosaur BBQ Harlem: Effervescent copper pour with an off white film of head. Diacetyl notes, fruity British type ester with a berry note and a mild toasted biscuit underneath the butter. Average light body- a bit too carbonated. Fairly dry with a biscuity flavor and toasted undertones and a fruity/berry note. Finishes herbal and dry. Not bad, could be a bit cleaner and less carbonated.
Called Dinosaur Ape Hanger, not Middle Ages. On tap at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. It is a little sour and funky, with some surprising complexity for a 5% brew, yet goes down easily. A good one. SG111 (1821) - New York, USA - JUN 26, 2015
On tap at Dino BBQ, Brooklyn. Pours light color. Small white head. Aroma is sweet English malts. Not for me. Flavor is corn, rice. Not great. Too sweet and tastes of adjuncts. fiulijn (20492) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 7, 2015

Light amber color, clean. Soft Ale, a bit malty, rather dry (not too much), but it has a light butter aroma and flavor.
Not bad, but possibly flawed.

Sample at Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse. Clear pale amber color with a medium foamy white head that recedes steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of floral hops, malt and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, biscuit malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hops aftertaste. Average overall.
