Bottled. A hazy light amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of butter, hops, citrus, and diacethyl. The flavor is sweet with a edge of acidity combined with notes of malt, citrus, and butter, leading to a dry bitter finish with hints of plastic.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of MaltOMeal. Slightly hazy, deep golden with an off-white head. Unclean, fruity nose - phenolic. Medium body, lightly tart, notes of caramel and a dry, unclean bitterness. Flawed and not really pleasant. 250308

Like a big, West Coast IPA but with English hops.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours orange amber with a foamy 2 finger off-white head. Pine and floral aromas. Almost tutti frutti. Med body. Flavor is quite fruity. There’s some resin and light nutty roast caramel. Also perhaps a touch of diacetyl, but this is complicated, so I’m not sure. Finishes rather floral bitter. A bit different from most.

Ratman197 (14830) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - DEC 1, 2011
Bottle poured a clear orange amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of butterscotch, bread, earthiness and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, light grapefruit and a hint of butterscotch with a crisp moderatly bitter finish. Highly disappointing!

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks zvikar. Hazy dark orange-amber with an off-white head. Aroma of stale hops, slightly fruity and soapy, and a bit of malt. Flavor has a bit of sweetish malt, mild fruitiness and hops bitterness, slightly stale, slightly soapy. Medium-bodied.

3.4
argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - DEC 30, 2005
(12oz bottle) Medium off-white head atop a crystal clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, some caramel. Taste is moderately sweet, orange/grapefruit, some caramel, some dryness in the finish. Medium body with light resin, nicely drinkable. Moderate bitterness, certainly more than the aroma suggests. Decent IPA, never to be mistaken for West Coast.

Lubiere (13905) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 11, 2004
Golden ale with a rather sweet DMS and corn smell. Pleasant bitterness with good malt balnce, very rich mouthfeel, but in final, rather unidimensional.
