3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Sippin by the River ’05. Raspberries work; the wheat is a let down. Still, much potential here, worth a little improvement effort.
On tap @ Little Pub on Hamilton College campus. Light yellow pour, very fizzy head. Aroma holds light berry, cereal grain, wheat, and sweet malt. Flavor is much the same, with an uninteresting but present fruit profile. Palate is light and crisp. Mediocre. Haslinger (929) - The World of Beer, Texas, USA - SEP 17, 2008
on tap at Faegan’s. A light yellow pour with minimal head. The aroma is weak raspberry but still smells good. The taste is decently fruity but I have definitely had better fruit beers. Drinkable but not all that remarkable Sammy (12210) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 20, 2007
At the brewery. Not up to Middle Ages long-term track record of very representative styles, I guess this is aimed at the popular crowd. It’s a light-bodied lager with the addition of something raspberry. However it is quite acidic and I would not think that is something the fruit crowd will consider drinkable. Above average gas. This impressed me as an accident at the taps of some second-rate bar, not something to be served up at the brewery itself. Grandpa (327) - Verona, New York, USA - APR 26, 2007
At the brewery. Clear, light goldwith an off-white head and a strong raspberry aroma. The first impression was the fruit, not as strong as the aroma would indicate. The aftertaste was hops. It was light and thirst quenching, a summer beer. Ambrose (141) - East Aurora, New York, USA - MAR 31, 2007
UPDATED: APR 4, 2007 My brother brought this specially for me from syracuse new york! At a special request. He did good. He came through and I was drinking this fine beer within two hours.

Raspberry comes out more on the palate than in the aroma. Light bodied with just enough hops tossed in. Recommended. dberger624 (1028) - Voorhees, New Jersey, USA - OCT 11, 2006
Draft at the Grey Lodge in Philly. I f you like Raspberries this is a very good beer. Little to fruity for me. Solid ale taste. Cartoonkhaki (1286) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 4, 2006
Sample at brewery.
Cloudly light gold in colour. Some sort of light wheaty beer with a bit of raspberry splash thrown in. Very mild on the palate very lacking in the flavour. Will not want this again. Prostman (1077) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 17, 2006
This was not as balanced as I had hoped and the raspberry flavor did not mix as well as I would have liked it to. Still in all, this was not a bad beer, just not the best fruit beer I have tried. DougShoemaker (3147) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 15, 2006
On tap @ Cole’s.
Fresh raspberry aroma, cloudy golden, tiny head. Real raspbery flavour, light bodied, not too sweet. Fine.
