Pours clear copper, medium tan head. Aroma is strong caramel malt. Hints of raisin. Taste is bright caramel raisiny, some hops peeping through. Light to medium smoothly carbonated mouthfeel.

appearance: reddish brown, lingering creamy white head. aroma: malty caramel, toasted nuts, brown sugar, some earthy hop notes. taste: as the aroma indicates. finish: lasting toasty, nutty/caramel sweetness, that earthy, slightly grassy note cleaning things up. notes: Really enjoyed this one. Always on the lookout for a good Irish Red or malt-focused American Amber, which is my top sleeper style. And this was darn good. Draught at Barrel and Bushel beerfest, 2016.

12oz bottle at Pizzeria Paradiso - Old Town. Poured a dark ruby color, almost brown, but translucent enough. Aroma is lots of sweet malts, some nutty notes. Lots of caramel notes.
