COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by local artist & roaster Michael Allenís eccentricly-named blend of coffee beans, Midnight Sunís brewers designed a beer recipe and flavor infusion process that perfectly captures the alluring aroma, satisfying flavor and curious legend of Allenís Arctic Rhino Coffee Blend.

Arctic Rhino Coffee Porter combines two quintessential Pacific Northwest favorites: coffee and ale. The result is wonderfully romantic and robust--a duel-fueled porter that melds charismatic dark malt with freshly roasted coffee beans.

22oz bottle -

This beer was full of coffee goodness, and while one dimesional, itís quite tasty. Aroma was coffee, coffee, and a little more coffee with just a bit of tootsie roll thrown in. Flavor had a nice meld of coffee and chocolate, light molasses, light vanilla and a body on the thin side. Another nice beer from Midnight Sun.

On tap at Bonanza bar, pours a dark brown black with a medium khaki tan head. Chocolate and caramel malt aroma, with molasses and light coffee. Mild approachable taste, roasted coffee, caramel and milk chocolate, slick palate. Simple and nice, very drinkable.

Picked up a bottle at a liquor store in Denali AK. Poured a rich dark espresso color, with a mild aroma of medium roast Arabica beans. Left behind a nice coffee after taste; but was not as bold in flavor as i had anticipated.

Pretty good. Coffee added and dominates. A bit of roasted and toasted notes. Would buy again.

Bottle thanks to the other guys. Well it tastes like freshly milled coffee. More of the same on the taste with bits of nuts and chocolate. Still coffee too dominant for my taste.

*On Tap at Real Gastropub, Honolulu Hawaii* Malty with plenty of roasted coffee beans, toast, toffee and hints of spice.....nutmeg & black pepper. Dark brown with reddish edges, rich flavor with coffee and a bit of prune juice. Mild bitter follow with light hops. Nice feel, not too thick. Good stuff!
