Draft @ MS. Clear brown with a thick foamy long lasting head. Mild aroma of biscuits, nuts, light chocolate and an earthy character. Flavor is dry nuts, toasty malt, bitter and a slight astringency. Medium to light body with a thin feel. Not a big fan of this one, really dry and astringent.
Clear light brown color with tan sheen. Nutty, light chocolate, mild earth aromas. medium body, average carbonation. Nutty toasted pecan, spicy hop flavors with pale maltage; smooth finish----not bad. Gription79 (2892) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - MAY 23, 2013
Had on draft at the brewery. Slight smoke character, toasted malts, hint of roasted malts, nutty. A good brown ale. MikeJslc (778) - Alabama, USA - APR 20, 2013
Deep copper, clear, beige head. Toasty malt with touch of caramel, chocolate, biscuity, nutty (from the pecans) and earthy notes. Firm bitterness creates balance. Finishes a little dry.
