#15 - Amerikaner Blind-Smagning 27-Marts-2010 hos Papsoe. Clear amber - white head. Nice hoppy, fruity, peachy, bitterness, toasted, sweetness, zesty, cheese, high bitterness. Nice. bhensonb (15098) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 6, 2008
Nice bomber from Liquid Solutions. Smooth aromas of resin and citrus. Almost floral. Sort of an amber gold, almost copper, color with a decent whitish head that laces a bit. Hits the mouth with a harsh shock. Hops and hops. Medium to full bodied with creamy/chewy carbonation. I’m sure there’s malt in here, but the hops are primary. I vote for resin and grapefruit, but the citrus is a little disturbed by the others. 100 IBUs. Finishes nice and bitter to support that number. Gets a bit mild after the taste buds overload. Really great IIPA. Ratman197 (14698) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JAN 16, 2008
