Draft at RnH West.
Darn brown, light brown head. Lots of lace. Heavy smoked aroma, meat, light peat, roasted malt, coffee, and dark chocolate. Similar flavor. Smoke is overpowering at first, but as it mellows this beer comes it great. Smooth, clean, mildly bitter. Long finish of smoke. Nice beer, probably best in smaller sizes. nealblind (1867) - Seattle, Alabama, USA - JAN 14, 2017
dark brown pour some tan pour. Aroma caramel, smoke oh yeahhhhh. Tastes woody leather, char through and through. creamy bright palate some fizz 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - OCT 2, 2016
Bottle:   Black, thin to moderate brown head, foamy, spotty lacing.   Smokey nose, sweet biscuity roasted malts as well.   Soft sweet smokiness to start.   A touch ashy.   Surprised its not more acrid or husky.   Fairly full bodied.   A bit oily on the tongue.   Very minor metallic like note on the backside.   This one is nice as the smoke is not overwhelming, and its balanced by its sweetness.   Almost as good as the Alaskan Smoked Porter. unclemike (3124) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - SEP 16, 2016
deep black, fine tan bubbles. Nose is rich, light smoke, deep chocolate flavor, bit ashy. Taste of ash, light smoke, very roasted, bakers chocolate, dry and bitter but in a nice way. Well carbonated which makes this one go down smooth Oakes (17699) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 29, 2016
Dark brown, no head. The aroma is lightly tarry. Light smoke, again fairly tarry, has a big sweet taste. Good sticky barbeque sauce taste.

Bottle from Super Deli Mart, Seattlebeerplace (1702) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 26, 2016
Dark brown color, near black, brown color. It’s a roasty and smooth Imperial Porter, a lot of dark chocolate, and very limited sweetness; the smoke is delicate, not the dominant character; it has some light sourness from the dark malts, and very light salt and liquorice.
650ml bottle at Josh. Aroma is smoky and chocolate. Taste is oily, burnt malt, chocolate, bready. Very good. lupulist (348) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 26, 2016
Pours a black colour with a tan head. Aroma of smoke and espresso. The smoke flavour is balanced and well integrated, with a chocolate finish. A little thin, but otherwise excellent. BVery (10510) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUL 15, 2016
