From tap @Grünerløkka mat- og mikroølfestival. Deep gold colored body. Fingerthick foamy blond head. Clean aroma. Quity fruity, less malty. The wasabi is there, quite discreetly, both in aroma and flavor. Initially sweet malt flavor that dries up in the finish. A little edgy on the palate. Light spicy endnotes. [25.08.12]

CBF 2012. Straw aroma, light metallic. Cloudy amber, white lace. Minerally dry, light dusty horseradish. This is nonsense.

On tap at Grünerløkka festival. Crisp, clean, spicy undertones, but in moderate amounts. Just a little twist of wasabi to underline it all.

Draught at Christian 4tal. Cloudy brown - offwhite head. Nutty. Hazelnuts. LIght light ginger notes. Fruity. Nice herbal/spicy wasabi. Light hoppy. Sweetness. Light sharpness. Ok - and interesting.

On tap at grünerløkka festival. An unclear, orangey golden beer topped by a dense, off-white head of moderate size. Weak nose with fruitiness and some sweetness. The flavour is much the same, lacking big time on wasabi. That goes goes for the flavour too. Medium body, quite dry, and with pleasant carbonation. Drinks easy, but bores. 120825

On tap at Grünerløkka mat- og mikrobryggfestival. Almost clear dark golden to orange with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, wasabi and hops. Fruity and lightly sweet with a slightly dry and medium bitter. Medium body. Dry, bitter and lightly citric aftertaste with some wasabi. Different and refreshing!

On tap at Grünerløkka mat og mikrobrygg festival. Golden color, good foam. Aromas of wasabi and a little less ginger- quite high fruitiness. Medium body & complexity. Nice bitterness Enjoyable- but quite special ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2.2
Palme (4816) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 16, 2012
On tap @ Ølfestival København 2012. This is a near clear golden one with a medium sized just off.white head. It smells of citrus and peppery spices with perhaps a note of old dusty caramel. Thin and light in the texture and its average carbonated. Mild fruity and spicy in flavor, some thin caramel and a finish that warms just a little bit back on the tongue. Not what I was expecting from a wasabi beer. 10.05.2012
