Pours like other versions. Aroma is very oaky, (wet oak). some swetness. Tiny hints of coffee. Taste is much more subtle round and sweet, contains woody chocolate notes.
Bottle, at Ølfestival 2011. Looking quite nice this one, with its black body and moderate sized tan head. Oak notes on the nsoe, with roasted malts, coffee, licorice and a faint herbal touch. Licorice, herbal notes, coffee and roasted malts in the flavor, finishing roastd. Dry, yet sweetish on the palate.
