UPDATED: OCT 8, 2017 Pours orange with massive head coming from the overcarbonation (6 months before bbd). Aroma: pretty malty, with the hops focused on pine and herbs. Taste: big malty body, some herbs and pine. I would have expected a more hoppy dipa. This tastes almost like an American barleywine. jonas (8161) - Garching close to the monks, GERMANY - OCT 3, 2017
Backlog rating from RBESG 2008, grand tasting: Huge hop resin aroma. Hazy orange, creamy golden brown head. Extremely oily hoppiness, light malt, balance is off. Oily, grassy, pine/lemon aftertaste. Casper0904 (489) - DENMARK - SEP 6, 2017
A good DIPA, not as good as an american, but plenty of hops and bitter time. chmurarz (649) - Legnica POLAND, POLAND - AUG 4, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 4, 2017 heavy beer with american hop aroma but some alcohol nose and esters as well. hazy. small to medium hop bitternes, could be a really good beer if not for the tangible alcohol

Bottle. Color: In between amber and opper. Thin light brown head. LasseVPedersen (453) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2017
Taste: Full bodied floral hops, bitter with hints of caramel and red fruit. Some hints of medium sweetness at the long lasting bittery finish. Warming mouthfeel. Very good beer, I really would like to drink this one again once in a while.
Bottle, 50cl. Pours bit hazy, amber warm golden colour with foamy, long-lasting off-white head with a bit of yellow twist. Okay. Rich aroma profile. Earthy yeast and bready. Malty underneath. Sweet caramel with citrus fruits. Bit of orange peel. Grassy and slight buttery. TasteForBeer (26) - Odense, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2017
Fruity and pine flavour at first. Citrus. Spicy piney hops. Caramel sweetish note to balance things off. Grassy and bitter middle and finish. Lots of grapes as well. Medium-heavy full bodied. Oily texture. Well hidden alhocol. Gets more bitter and less creamy as it warms. Alcohol becomes more profound as well. Perhaps too unbalanced to be really quite something. Still I liked it.
Clear amber colored, light yellowish foam. Aroma is citrus, The taste is first bitterness then grapefruit, some sweet notes, hops, hints of caramel, malt and spices, more bitterness. Strong and smooth vami (543) - Poznan, POLAND - APR 30, 2017
Sweet aroma with some strange off flavor. Fruity, a bit cloying, too heavy for a double IPA. Meh. NosirIwont (2607) - Husum, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2017
Bottle. 9.2%. Best before 03.05.18. Pours a dense amber/dark orange, with a light tan/yellowish head. Great lacing. Hoppy, slightly citrusy aroma, on a (dark) fruity and somewhat malty background. Flavour is fruity, pine and a bit spicy hops, light caramel note in the background, and with a bitterness creeping in, culminating (exploding) in the finish; really quite bitter; somewhat harsh. Bitterness lingering with a light grassy note and fledgling hints of rubber. Overall this is all about the bitterness, which is the dominating feature; it’s a bit unbalanced, but fortunately I like a high bitterness, so I’ll allow it. Still, it could be nicer with room for more outspoken notes of other things. 10.03.17.
