Bottled. A hazy red-golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy giving it notes of grass and grapefruit, but also with notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel and a fine hop presence as well as a light alcohol burn in the cheeks, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks to thewolf. joergen (28991) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 2, 2007

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is hops, grass, fruits with some mild nectary and dry wooden notes. Flavour is very much the same in a good balance. Easy to drink and hides the alcohol totally. Travlr (25863) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 2, 2010

Bottled at RBESG 08 ... Dark brown ... Sweet hop ... juicy but no real balance . omhper (25570) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 7, 2008
Bottled at RBESG. Hazy nut brown, small head. Grapefruity nose. Sweet and full flavoured. Bold caramelly malt dipped in hop sauce with graepfruit and salmiak. Medium to full bodied. Bitter salty licorice finish. Interesting in that I’ve never tasted as much salmiak in an IPA. madmitch76 (25383) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2011

Very dark amber beer, almost brown. Semi dry palate, a little soft. Very dark IPA! Really not that hoppy for the style. A fair bit of malt. a touch of marmalade hops and then more malt and some licorice spice in the finish. Smooth and well joined up but a curious IPA.
